Tech Support (Entry Level)

Ollyo is on the lookout for an Entry-Level Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional after-sales support for our software products. Your role is critical in identifying issues and offering technical solutions to our customers. A strong aptitude for problem-solving and a solid understanding of our primary programming languages are key. This position is perfect for someone keen to develop their technical support skills and play a vital role in the success of Ollyo.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
• Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
• Update customer data and produce activity reports.
• Walk customers through problem-solving processes.
• Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution.
• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
• Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure.
• Recommended procedure modifications or improvements.
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of PHP, Mysql, and JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach.
